Inge Daniels Design is a design-driven studio practice providing landscape architectural services to clients throughout New England. Each project we design is unique, responding to the character & complexities of the site and its ecological systems, and the specific practical and experiential interests of our clients.
We develop sustainable landscapes that support local ecologies & systems and minimize maintenance. We strive to rebuild ecosystems into every one of our projects.
We design to enhance your experience of the landscape…as views unfold from inside to out, as you walk through the textures & topography of the land, as vehicles circulate safely & intuitively, as you respond on a gut-level to the phenomenon of changing seasons…

Inge Daniels is a registered professional landscape architect with over 15 years of experience in the design and project management of complex landscapes. Prior to founding Inge Daniels Design in 2012, she was Senior Designer at the celebrated firm Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates (MVVA) where she collaborated on multi-disciplinary teams and contributed to dozens of institutional and civic projects world-wide.
Inge (click to hear pronunciation) holds a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Harvard University's Graduate School of Design where she was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the American Society of Landscape Architects and the prestigious Janet Darling Webel prize for special achievement in design. Her work has been featured in New England Home and the Boston Globe.
She is a founding principal of the landscape collective, COLLAB, and taps into this network for some IDDLA projects.
